Job Description :

• Responsible for ATE Test Hardware & Test Program Development for Verigy 93000 Tester
• Proven experience in deriving test plan based on chip data sheet, test board HW design, test program development, debug, characterization & production release
• Ability to design and develop ATE test hardware. Arriving at the schematics and working with PCB design team to develop, layout review and debug the hardware
• Closely work with Design, VLSI & Bench Team & arrive at the Test Requirements.
• Test program development from scratch on ATE test platform, Initial prototype test-program development on ATE;
• Testing & Debug of devices at wafer level and package level
• Test Pattern Development & Conversion Experience is a plus.
• Experience with test program optimization, yield improvement activities is desirable
• Knowledge in Test equipment such as Prober, Handler is desirable
• Participating in the technical design review on weekly conference calls & evaluating the customer’s IC product testing requirements;
• Thorough knowledge of Semiconductor Test Concepts, Digital & Mixed Signal Testing. Knowledge of C++ test code Development
