5+ years of total IT experience.
·
Strong background in Teamsite product suite.
·
1+ year of development experience in
Teamsite product suite.
·
Workflow modeler development
experience.
·
Strong knowledge on SitePublisher
& OpenDeploy.
·
Scripting Knowledge.
·
3+ years of admin experience in
TeamSite tasks like including OS configuration for Linux, Unix.
Key Accountabilities:
·
Support – serve as subject matter expert
on product, includes technical assistance to application developers on Teamsite
related problems, successfully troubleshoot production issues application
developers can’t resolve, may include writing build and deployment scripts,
support production implementations, assess and make recommendations of
best-practice solutions, work with other teams to improve security,
performance, back-up strategies and disaster recovery plans.

Upgrades/maintenance to product –
coordinating installs and testing with the application teams, configures
environments. This included patches, fix packs and version upgrades.
·
Monitoring – Monitor Teamsite
performance and availability. Ensure high-availability support for middleware
systems ensuring uptime.
