hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or newer version
ü Good
hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2007 or newer version
ü Good
hands on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010 or newer version
ü Strong
analytical and troubleshooting skills
ü Experience
on handling production environments
ü Install,
secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server
operating systems with all required server roles on assigned servers
ü Experience
on scripting
ü Proficiency
in Windows 7 and all MS Office products
ü Should
possess good verbal and written communication skills and be customer service
orientated
ü Good
understanding of ITIL processes and Production support experience
ü Microsoft
or other widely recognized technology certifications (preferable)
