Technical Requirements
- Should
have good working experience in core Java, JSP, Spring, ORM framework
- Write
quality application and service layer code to support high volume consumer
support websites, portals
- Create
accessible, dynamic interfaces with AJAX, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Extensive
Java and Spring development experience by worked with complex, multi-tier,
web-based business applications
- Knowledge
and experience of Agile software development processes and methodologies
Non-Technical requirements
- Good
exposure to onsite/offshore/offsite model
- Ability
to articulate clearly with strong analytical abilities
- Quickly
and effectively understand and translate business requirements into
technical solutions while adhering to the agreed specification
- Contribute
to reduction of technical debt within legacy applications while building
towards common goals
Nice to have
- Worked
on huge engagements spanning multi years
- Telecommunications
Industry Knowledge
Education Qualification(s)
- Full
time Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Technology or Maters Degree
- Certification
on Java skill, a definite plus
